MEETING MINUTES

October 5, 2005; 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

THEME: “The Right To Vote” 

Attendees:  Jay Ortiz, Julie Sperrazza, Joshua Darland, Azra Mahmood, JD Austin, Steven Martindale.

Location:  KJZZ Conference Room

Highlights:

The meeting was moved to the KJZZ conference room at the last minute;  although a much smaller room, it provided a inviting and intimate atmosphere and changed the whole dynamic of the meeting. 

JD was the AH Counter for the day, and really kicked it up a notch by ringing the bell EVERY time he heard an AH.  We'll, after a couple times of ringing the bell and completely derailing whomever was speaking at the moment, he toned it down a bit by putting a strip of tape of the bell to muffle it.  This was much appreciated by the attending members :-)

Joshua gave yet another outstanding speech, this one titled "How to become a Golf Pro in 7 Minutes or less...".  This speech proved to be a challenge in the smaller conference room, as this was Joshua's 5th Speech with the purpose of demonstrating body language.  Swinging a golf club in a small conference room which is virtually entirely enclosed in glass was a daring gesture indeed!

CONGRATULATIONS to Joshua on acheiving 1/2 CTM!!!
