Club Business: JD mentioned that 7 individuals came to officer training Jan 20th at ASU Memorial Union. Special kudos to Tita Taylor who agreed to take Treasurer training (to replace Sandia, who couldn't make it) instead of Secretary training so that the club would get credit. Kudos also to Vickie Gillespie who came despite her leg injury and to Patrick Fitzgerald, who picked up Vickie and took her to training.
Patrick Fitzgerald received a ribbon from JD for all the success he's had in Toastmasters of late.
Funny speeches were given by both Tall Tale contestants, but ultimately Steven Martindale was voted the winner. Congratulations, Steven.
We already have functionary roles for next week's International contest filled, thanks to volunteers.
