A key component of success for every club is having officers that have been trained to do the position that they have volunteered to do. In order to receive club credit in the Toastmasters Distinguished Club Program a minimum of four officers must attend Toastmasters Leadership Institute twice each year.
Rio Copa received credit for all 7 officers trained for both training sessions in 2007-2008 year! Rio Copa was one of 15 clubs out of 187 clubs that had all 7 officers trained!
There were only three clubs in the Rio Division that sent 7 officers to training for both sessions: Rio Copa , Well Done , and Voice of Many.
