Rio Copa Toastmasters have reached Distinguished status or better for the fourth year in a row; President's Distinguished our third year in a row!   This is especially significant since we will have our 4th Anniversary as a club in May.

With the submission of our newest members Matthew Wegner, Steve Swink,  Marina Bender, and returning member Dee Dee Tapson to Toastmasters International we have achieved goal #8 in the Distinguished Club Plan.  Andrew Lenartz and Patrick Fitzgerald's Competent Communicator Awards  completed goal #1.  With these two goals met we're now a Distinguished Club with 6 of the 10 DCP points.

On January 20th we'll complete the required officer training to achieve goal #9.  This will make our club Select Distinguished!

We're on track to be President's Distinguished for the third year in a row!

Clubs with at least 20 members OR with net growth of at least five new members at June 30
which also do the following are eligible for TI recognition at year end.
