Rico Burton Achieves Competent Communicator

Rico Burton joined Rio Copa Toastmasters in February 2008. Since then she's been on fire giving speeches! She was awarded her Competent Communicator Award on June 1st 2008! Congratulations Rico! Rico has already completed several projects from the Entertaining Speaker manual and has started the advanced speaking to inform and interpretive reading manuals.
